Or, more specifically, they do not earn as much as you might think from their actual rapping. It seems that being a producer, vodka mogul and actor all prove much more lucrative than the music itself, which is perhaps why Eminem, who has sold more records than anyone -- on this or any other list -- since 2000 but earns little income beyond record sales, finds himself tied for 14th, while Dr. Dre, who has not put out a solo studio album since 1999, comes in fifth.
