Barbara Boxer Aide Charged With Bringing Pot Into Senate Building

A senior aide for Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) has resigned after being arrested on charges of bringing marijuana into the Hart Senate Office Building, Politico reported. U.S. Capitol Police said Marcus Stanley was detained Tuesday at a security checkpoint when he allegedly tried to "remove and conceal" a leafy green substance from his pocket.
