The annual school tradition encourages children to pause mid-school year and recognize the kids around them. Louisiana Unprepared to Protect Children in Disasters

Fulham - Politics DailyFive years after Hurricane Katrina, the state of Louisiana remains unprepared to protect children in the event of a natural disaster, according to a new report issued by Save the Children, the non-profit relief organization.
