(Jan. 10) - A United Airlines flight landed with part of the plane's belly or wing striking a runway at Newark Liberty International Airport on Sunday morning after the right-side landing gear failed to deploy. All the 53 people got off the plane safely. John Brek, who was arrested Oct. 20, pleaded guilty last week to lesser charges of harassment.
