(Jan. 10) - A United Airlines flight landed with part of the plane's belly or wing striking a runway at Newark Liberty International Airport on Sunday morning after the right-side landing gear failed to deploy. All the 53 people got off the plane safely. The New Jersey airport security guard accused of threatening to shoot President Obama has agreed to a plea deal with prosecutors and is expected to be released after a hearing Thursday. John Brek, who was arrested Oct. 20, pleaded guilty last week to lesser charges of harassment.
