A new study shows that subjects who began smoking pot before age 16 scored significantly worse on cognitive function tests than both nonsmokers and those who picked up the habit later in life. SAN DIEGO (Nov. 3) -- Federal authorities in San Diego have made one of the largest marijuana seizures in the United States, confiscating 20 tons of pot near an underground tunnel connecting warehouses on either side of California's border with Mexico, officials said Wednesday.
