Tova Gerson, 32, had alleged that the department store "unjustly enriched" itself with the coupon, according to the New York Post, and filed a $5 million class-action lawsuit in Manhattan. By Lisa Flam - AOL News(Dec. 14) -- The president of South Africa has filed a defamation lawsuit over a 2008 newspaper cartoon depicting him unzipping his pants and preparing to rape a Lady Justice figure. President Jacob Zuma said in court papers that the political cartoon published in the Sunday Times of South Africa hurt his reputation and humiliated and degraded him, the BBC said.
