John McCain, GOP Court Pennsylvania Democrat Chris Carney

As Democrats stripped Alabama Rep. Parker Griffith of his committee assignments after he announced plans to switch parties, Republicans zeroed in on another congressman they hope will consider crossing the aisle: Chris Carney of Pennsylvania.
