Indiana Deputy Attorney General Jeff Cox has been fired for remarks he made on Twitter last week, suggesting riot police in Wisconsin should use live ammunition when clearing protesters out of the Wisconsin Capitol building. Mark Zuckerberg wouldn't confirm this would-be friend. The Facebook founder has taken out a restraining order against a 31-year-old man who sent him Facebook messages threatening his safety and even tried to reach him in person, TMZ.com reports. A judge has ordered the man, Pradeep Manukonda, to keep 300 yards away from Zuckerberg; his girlfriend, Priscilla Chan; and his sister, Randi, the site reports. Airport Security Guard Pleads Guilty Over Obama Threat

The New Jersey airport security guard accused of threatening to shoot President Obama has agreed to a plea deal with prosecutors and is expected to be released after a hearing Thursday. John Brek, who was arrested Oct. 20, pleaded guilty last week to lesser charges of harassment. A private security guard at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey has been arrested on charges of making threats against Barack Obama, one day before the president was scheduled to land there, the Associated Press reports.
