More than 60 U.S. House members missed votes Tuesday as Congress continues its hectic lame duck session, even as the Christmas holiday draws nigh. Sixty-three lawmakers -- two dozen of them among those members not returning to Capitol Hill next year -- missed all seven votes in the House of Representatives on Tuesday, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, which is keeping tabs.
