A spokesman for VoteVets, a liberal group founded by veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, said the network claimed the ad was "too confusing," Politico reported. The 30-second ad pushes the belief that climate legislation would have national security benefits by reducing the oil profits of hostile Middle Eastern countries.
