Three-term Democratic incumbent Patty Murray has a statistically insignificant 50 percent to 48 percent lead over Republican challenger Dino Rossi in Washington's Senate race, according to a SurveyUSA poll conducted Sept. 19-21, but the pollster says she is the one that has momentum right now. Three percent in the poll were undecided. The margin of error is 4.1 points. Both Murray and Rossi get the support of about 9 of 10 voters in their own parties.
