By Hugh Collins - AOL News(May 27) -- Kenneth Starr, a financial adviser to celebrities such as Wesley Snipes and Sylvester Stallone, has been charged with stealing $30 million of his clients' money to fund a luxurious lifestyle. Starr is charged with making unauthorized transfers from his clients' accounts, according to documents filed by the U.S. attorney in the Southern District Court of New York. He is also charged with soliciting funds for investments that were "sure deals," then directing the money to himself and his associates.
